I’m not in a hurry. I never am here. There’s no goal, no checklist, no ‘how long’. I just walk and let the morning unfold. Someone’s beside me, we don’t speak. We don’t need to. Silence is part of the magic. Every breeze, every crashing wave, has more to say than we ever could.
I’ve got my phone, but not for scrolling. It’s there to catch flashes. A curl of driftwood, a shadow on the beach, a thought that slides in out of nowhere. I make a note, maybe snap a picture. Some of it will fade. Some might become something more, maybe tomorrow, maybe next year.
The sea has always done this to me. Even when I was a kid, I’d find this same quiet in wide open fields, under the trees, or higher up in the mountains. Nature’s never asked for anything. It just fits. Like slipping into nature that already knows you.
I don’t overthink things here. It’s not about solving or planning. It’s more of a soft reset. I watch how the water plays with the shore, how birds dance above the waves. Somewhere in that calm, ideas start forming. Not loud, not urgent, just there. And I catch them when I can.
One moment still stays with me. Somewhere out there in the middle of nature, no signs, no path. Just sky, silence and steady steps. I wrote down:
"Face your fears. Live your dreams. Dare to free yourself and be a dolphin. Then you’ll reach big things step by step." It wasn’t planned. It just… landed. I listened. It changed my life.
That’s the thing about walking with the waves. It brings you back to the simple stuff. The honest stuff. And maybe that’s what I’m chasing, every time I come here.
Not answers. Just presence.
Just this.
